Telehealth Consultation
With our telehealth consultation we will strive to diagnose any specific issue that may be causing you pain. Consultations may last up to 30minutes depending on the issue. Following this consultation a personalised at home program will be designed for you which you can access easily online or via our app. Each program includes easy to follow video demonstrations with the option for you to give feedback on each exercise so that we will be available to help you and advise you virtually as you perform your program. Each consultation and program provided also includes free follow up online consultations.

How it works
- Book an appointment online using our booking button or call or email to book an available time slot.
- Once booked you will receive a confirmation online with the option of filling in a consultation form online before your call.
- You will then receive an invoice through Sum Up Payments to pay online.
- We use an application called Physitrack for all our Telehealth Consultations and programs. You can access this on your web browser or by downloading the app. You will receive an access code to enter your personal Physitrack account.
- We will call you at your scheduled booking time for the Telehealth Consultation.
- Following your consultation we will personalise a program for you to begin at home which depending on your issue will include simple advice on whether to apply heat or ice, stretch or not stretch, video demonstrations for foam rolling techniques or at home alternatives using items around the home from tennis balls to sliotors to cans of beans and sweeping brooms.
- We have access to thousands of exercises which we can personalise and edit the amounts of reps and sets. Each exercise includes a written description along with a video to follow.
- We encourage you to leave feedback on each exercise so we can tweak your program as neccessary and we are also able to monitor your progress and adherence to the program online.
- We offer FREE follow up consultations to make sure you are getting 100% support at all times.
